Our Category 5 dock and gangway systems consist of:

• A 9’x3/16” proprietary shape

• A 4” octagonal roof pole (35% heavier than the traditional 3” square poles used by competitors)

• Reinforced roof pole connections utilizing corner bracket with proprietary pockets interlocked & welded into frame to create unparalleled strength and stiffness

• An 8”x3/16” C-channel roof frame

• Structural material consisting of 6061-T6 series marine grade aluminum

• When bracing is required, 3” aluminum tubing is used. However, this is typically not needed. Stainless steel bolts and screws are used for all hardware connections.
  

• Mainframe construction with interlocking components for enhanced strength

Both series of docks include custom components such as aluminum extrusions, bumpers, castings, fasteners, decking and trim to make them as economically strong as possible and to create a dock that has a finished appearance unlike any other.

Our aluminum docks and gangways are maintenance-free, aesthetically pleasing and durable. Of course, the decking can be made of either aluminum or Brazilian hardwood.
