Roy did an excellent job of understanding our objectives as related to the "look" we desired. During his first on-site visit, he made several valuable suggestions regarding tree removal, sculpting, and beach location. Clearly, he understood the factors required to accomplish the goal. Subsequently, through additional meetings, he continued helping us. Frank and his colleagues (Jeff, Fred, and Irby) also did an outstanding job. Frank willingly spent time with us meshing his ideas with ours. He was constantly trying to please us and at the same time, guiding us toward an outstanding finished product. He and his crew turned an eroded uneven shoreline into an eye-pleasing effective shore barrier. While doing their jobs, the mean were conscientious, careful and courteous.
