The boat slip dimensions are 10’x24. This dock has a green metal gable roof with a roof height of 8’. The decking is Ipe Brazilian Hardwood that has been stained a mahogany color. The wide side is 10’ with a 4’ narrow finger. This dock also includes a ≈ 6,500 lb cantilever-mount (front) tritoon boat lift. Located on Lake Keowee.
