Dock Description

This is a 28’x28’ covered single slip dock that fits the Reserve subdivision dock specifications. It was originally built and installed by Kroeger Marine.  The dock has an all aluminum substructure with a Signature 4’x40’ aluminum non-flared, painted ramp in Fern Green. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x24’ with 3′ slip wedges. This dock also has a Hip roof with the dimensions 18’x28’ and features Cedar Shake roofing. The decking is Ipe Brazilian Hardwood, with matching boxed posts and roof and bumpboard fascia. This dock is has a 14′ wide side on the right (looking land to lake), with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4’ connecting finger. Located on Lake Keowee. Includes a 5-Step vertical ladder.
