This is a Kroeger Marine covered single slip aluminum dock that fits the specifications for the Cliffs Communities. It has a 4’x40’ aluminum ramp with capped handrails. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x24’. This dock has a Fern Green metal Hip roof with a roof height of 8’. It also has a matching cupola with weathervane. The decking is stained Ipe Brazilian Hardwood with Ipe wrapped frame and roof posts. The wide side is 16’ with a 4’ narrow finger. Located on Lake Keowee.
