Dock Description

This is a Cliffs Community specification, aluminum structure, covered dock under a full coverage Fern Green Hip roof. Overall dimensions are 32’x28’ with a 10×24’ main boat slip and a 10’x12’ mini-slip also under roof. The wide side area measures 18’x18’. The IPE decking, fascia board and boxed roof posts are in good condition and will revive beautifully if the new owner choses to clean and re-oil. The gangway is a signature non-flared 3’x34’ with IPE capped handrails. Included with this dock are (2) Sunports, a built-in wooden storage chest, and a curved ladder.
