Dock Description

This is a Cliffs Community specification, aluminum structure, covered dock under a Fern Green Hip & Half roof. Overall dimensions are 32’x28’ with a 10×24’ main boat slip and a 6’x15’ mini-slip also under roof. The un-roofed sitting space measures 14’x14’. The IPE decking, fascia board and boxed roof posts are in very good condition and will revive beautifully if the new owner choses to clean and re-oil. The gangway is a signature non-flared 3’x34.5’ with IPE capped handrails. Included with this dock is a front mount boat lift that has been configured for a v-hull (FloatAir brand believed to be approx. 7,000lb capacity) and a PWC capable lift. This dock also includes a cantilevered dock box with a green cushion and a sloped ladder. The dock is wired for power and lights.
