Dock Description

This is a 18’x28′ covered single slip classic aluminum dock originally built by Custom Docks. It has a 4’x40’ aluminum non-flared ramp. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x25’. This dock also has a green metal Hip roof with the dimensions 14’x28′. The decking is a composite decking. This dock is has a 6′ wide side on the right (looking land to lake), with a 2′ narrow finger and a 4’ connecting finger. Located on Lake Keowee. Includes a front mount boat lift, cantilevered dock box, dock loft, 5 step angled Aqua Stairs Ladder. The dock is also wired for electricity.
