Dock Description
This is a covered single slip steel dock with the original dimensions of 18’x24′ and a 3’x30′ steel non-flared ramp. The boat slip is 10’x20′ without any slip wedges. This dock features a light grey gable roof providing full coverage on the original dock footprint. The original frame of this dock features 4′ narrow fingers on either side with a 4′ connecting finger, but the previous owners of this dock added a 10’x20′ wide side attachment after the original construction, giving this dock an overall square footage of 722 with the addition included. This 10’x20′ addition is not under roof coverage. The dock features 2″ timber decking throughout and includes a ladder.
