Dock Description
This is a covered single slip classic steel bar-joist frame dock with the overall dimensions of 21’x32′. The boat slip is 10’x24′ without any slip wedges. This dock features a gable roof providing full coverage and a newer, 3’x35′ non-flared aluminum ramp with synthetic decking. The dock has a 6′ finger on the right (looking land to lake), with a 4′ narrow finger to the left, and an 8′ connecting finger, featuring timber decking. This dock also includes a vertical ladder and an underwater sea brace.
