This dock has a Fern Green metal Hip roof with a roof height of 8’. The decking is Ipe Brazilian Hardwood that has been stained a mahogany color. The dock frame is also wrapped with Ipe. The wide side is 12’ with a 4’ narrow finger. This dock also includes a 6,600 lb tritoon HydroHoist boat lift, (2) PWC Ports, and a dock box. Located on Lake Keowee.
