Dock Description

This is a covered, single slip painted galvanized steel dock. It has a 3’x40’ painted galvanized steel ramp with a float box and 1″ steel square-tube painted handrails. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x24′. This dock has a green metal gable roof with a roof height of 8’ (clearance for a tow boat on lift). The decking is 5/4 pressure-treated premium pine decking. The wide side is 10’ with a 4’ narrow finger. Located on Lake Keowee.
