Dock Description
This is a covered single slip steel channel dock located on Lake Keowee. This dock has the overall dimensions of 24’x32′, with a 4’x40′ ramp. The boat slip is 10’x28′ without any slip wedges. This dock features a flat roof providing 20’x32′ of coverage and with 128″ post height. This dock layout features a 4′ narrow finger on the left (looking land to lake), with a 4′ connector, and a 10′ wide side on the right with pressure treated decking throughout. The dock also includes an Easy Climb Ladder and a dock box. It has also been wired for electricity and includes a 4400lb HydroHoist Boat Lift that has been fitted for a v-hull boat.
