Dock Description
This is a covered single slip classic aluminum dock originally built by Kroeger Marine. It was installed in late 2022, but is otherwise brand-new and has not been used. The overall dock dimensions are 27’x30′ with a 3’x60′ classic, non-flared ramp. The boat slip is 11’x26′ with 1′ slip wedges. This dock also features a 19’x30′ steel grey metal Hip roof. This dock is has a 12′ wide side on the left (looking land to lake), with a 4′ narrow finger and a 4’ connecting finger. The decking is Fiberon synthetic PVC in the color Mineral. This dock also includes a Built-In Bench seat, centered on the wide side, and a LakeEze Ladder with grey steps.
