Dock Description

This is a covered single slip steel bar-joist dock originally built by Kroeger Marine. It fits the specifications for the Reserve community. The overall dock dimensions are 18’x28’ with a 4’x17’ flared ramp. The boat slip is 10’x24’ with 3’ slip wedges. This dock has a 5’ finger on the left and a 3’ narrow finger on the right, with a 4’ connector. It features a Cedar Shake Hip roof that provides full coverage. The decking is Ipe Brazilian Hardwood that has been stained previously. This dock also includes a vertical ladder.
