Dock Description
This is a covered single slip classic aluminum dock originally built by Kroeger Marine. The overall dock dimensions are 18’x24’ with a 4’x18’ classic, non-flared ramp. The boat slip is 11’x20’ without slip wedges. This dock has 4’ narrow fingers bordering both sides of the boat slip, with a 4’ connecting finger and features a grey metal Gable roof that provides full coverage. The decking is Ipe Brazilian Hardwood that has been stained a walnut color. This dock also includes a Boat Floater lift that is only a year old (full retail value for the lift was 8k). The dock is also wired for electricity.
