Dock Description

This is a covered, single slip aluminum dock that fits the specifications for The Reserve. It was originally built and installed by Kroeger Marine. It has a 4’x45’ painted aluminum flared ramp. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x26’. The overall dock dimensions are 24’x30’. This dock has a Cedar Shake Hip roof with a roof height of 8’. The decking is Ipe Brazilian Hardwood in really great condition with Ipe wrapped frame and roof posts. This dock has already had some recent refurbishing work, with the dock being re-painted and oiled in May of this year, as well as all new p-bumper installed around the entirety of the dock’s perimeter. The wide side is 10’ with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4′ connector. It is located on Lake Keowee. Includes a matching Zuri Dock Box, (2) Ramp Racks, a side-mounted PWC Port, and an Easy Climb Ladder.
