Dock Description

This is a Sundeck (double-decker) single slip Cherokee galvanized steel structure. The overall dock dimensions are 24’x24’ with a 4’x24’ non-flared ramp. The boat slip is 10’x20’ without slip wedges. This dock has a 10′ wide side on the right, a 4’ narrow finger on the left, and a 4’ connector. The second level provides 18’x24’ coverage from the sun on the bottom level and allows for additional space for full sun and recreational activities on the upper level. The decking is timber and could use some attention or a complete re-deck. This dock also includes a vertical ladder, upright bumpers, and a fiberglass dock box. It has also been wired with electrical for lighting and the boat lift and will come with this wiring set-up as is.
