Dock Description
This is a covered single slip steel dock originally built by Superior with the overall dimensions of 24’x24′ and a 3’x25′ steel non-flared ramp with entry to the wide side. The boat slip is 10’x20′ without any slip wedges. This dock features a gable roof providing 18’x24′ coverage. This dock has a 4′ narrow finger on the left (looking land to lake), with a 4′ connecting finger, and a 10′ wide side on the right. The dock features pressure treated lumber decking throughout and includes an Easy Climb Ladder and fiberglass dock box. The dock frame and decking is in solid shape and has many years of lakefront living left.
