Dock Description

This is a 24’x24’ covered single slip classic steel dock originally built by T & M Custom Docks. It has a 3.8’x50’ non-flared jointed steel ramp with float boxes at the joint. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x20’ without slip wedges. This dock also has a Flat roof with the dimensions 18’x28’ and a roof height of 8’ 2″. The decking is a composite decking. This dock is has a 10′ wide side on the left (looking land to lake), with a 4’ narrow finger and a 4’ connecting finger. Located on Lake Keowee. Includes an angled ladder, and a dock box. The dock is also wired for electricity.
