Dock Description

This is a 34’x18’ covered single slip side-entry steel bar-joist structure dock. It has a 3’x40’ steel non-flared, painted ramp. The boat slip dimensions are 10’x24’ without slip wedges. This dock also has a 18’x24′ Flat roof with the and the decking is 2″x8″ pressure treated wood. This dock is has a 10′ wide side on at the front of the slip (looking land to lake, in front of the ramp connection), with (2) 4’ narrow fingers on both adjacent sides of the slip. Located on Lake Hartwell.
